This is a recent picture of my 5 month grandchild Julie. She is all bundled up for snow. Ben and his family live in Williamsburg Virginia. We have had 2 snow storms so far this year and a 3rd one this week almost hit us too.

What a cute little girl! I see she’s wearing Classic Pooh, my favorite baby wear! Ben looks so grown up. Great picture.
We have had a lot of rain the past month, but no snow, not even ice or sleet. The weather line for warm/cold has been just north of us so far this winter. Last year we didn’t have anything until March 1st, it snowed quite a few inches that stuck around a few days. In the past we might have some snow in Dec. or Jan. maybe Feb. usually nothing major that stuck to the ground, rare at least. More usual has been one or two major ice storms in January, but last year and this year we escaped such a fate.

Snow for us is very rare, even a winter freeze has been rare the past few years. This December around Christmas it was very windy and cold with a wind chill below 20 degrees. Our kids bought Georege and I new bikes for Christmas and we haven’t been able to use them yet. Isn’t it funny that the Greenies say that excess snow if global warming?
